I believe so, but I'll hop in to confirm.

If you can't bind it to the right mouse button you should still be able to bind it to mouse 4 and 5, if not directly then circuitously. I found that a lot of games still don't recognize Mouse 4 and Mouse 5 so I set them up to be Home and End in the mouse menu - and you can bind things to Home and End easily.

You should maybe avoid changing the right mouse button, it is used for zoom particularly for zooming scoped weapons.

You can reassign the middle button, it is only used for changing 1st/3rd person view and you can still assign a keyboard key for that.

I use a Logitech MX518 and have assigned forward to the middle button in-game and assigned button 5 on the mouse in Setpoint to be the middle button.
