I was at Camp Mcarron last night exploring the tents when Sterling started shooting at EDE he left my character and boone alone.E D E would recover and it would happen again this went on for about 15 minutes real time.

Sometimes the NCR starts shooting ED-E when I am in Hoover Dam. But only after I talk to the Major when I am leaving, not on the way in.

same with rex he randomly attacks people its really ennoying

I think they do that because you ain't side with NCR and those guys doesn't quite get the idea of waiting.

Just tell them to wait somewhere before you enter those camps.
