When I go to the Dam days after saving Pres. Kimbell, everyone is still hiding and the Rangers are still standing around. Is it supposed to be like this? I want to make the NCR and BoS unite. What can I do?

the big red square means there is no skin for that weapon... same thing happen when you put 10mm silencer to wheathered 10mm... and about the Dam glitch... sorry ... that never happen to me

They better be working on a patch to fix all this. Dang it really ruins the plot.
