Will NRC and The Legion try to shoot me? : Fallout: New Vegas

I just completed "The House Always Wins III", and i got a pop-up that said, Caesars Legion is "mad" at me. And now I have 2 quests about The Legion and NCR aren't happy about me

My question is: If I continue helping Mr. House, will they start shooting at me? No matter what, I'm gonna help House.

If they hate you then yes you get bountys on your head being in bad rep with th NCR/Legion but the NCR give you 3 days to get better rep.

The NCR are cool with you. The reason Caesar turned on you is because House asked you to investigate the Omertas, who work for him. But yeah, you should be doiing odd jobs for the NCR anyway.
