Help with build

Post » Tue May 03, 2011 12:11 am

I am starting another playthrough and am looking to create a charismatic sniper that can talk his way out of problems, but will take your head off if you push him. Anyway, as a secondary combat skill for close quarters I cannot decide on Melee or unarmed. I have never played either of these types in a fallout game, so I do not know which is more enjoyable. Splitting a skull in sneak mode sounds cool, I just don't know whether to do this with my fist or a bat. Any suggestions?

Why not be more assertive and choose yourself? Its your character and game after all

Sadly unarmed and melee skills are "married" to each other meaning most powerful perks require both. Still, Unarmed even without perks is more powerful than melee.

Alot of them are but not ALL of them. I've spent time looking them over and maybe half of them require melee skills as well.
