I shot one Giant Radscorpion and had the same thing happen. This was past the graveyard in Goodsprings. They chased me all the way to Primm.

yeah it happened to me earlier today. i was walkin along and i got to close all of a sudden 20 are on my screen.. to bad i only took out 5 before dying
