Ok not sure where to post this or if it's been posted before. I'm on good standing with the NCR but there are a couple of them that shoot at me from time to time and I have on NCR armor on. Anyone know what's going on or having this problem?
I'm on ps3 by the way.

They are high enough rank to see through your 'disguise' - in other words, the NCR armor you are wearing is of a higher rank than you are currently allowed to wear.

I'm 10th level and I got it off a trooper.
