Several people seem to have this problem - when trying to arrange a truce with the NCR all McNamara will say is "Sorry outsider, I am ....... lockdown". I have been trying for about 3 game weeks to get him unstuck. My last attempt involved telling YesMan that the BoS were to be left alone. I then slept for 7 1/2 days and he is STILL stuck. :brokencomputer:

Does anyone know of a console fix for this?

I should mention that I did all the BoS quests 3 or so game weeks before I started For the Repulic 2 and the BoS likes me.

Never mind folks, I have given up on this bug nest.. Maybe in a couple more patches it will be worth the time.. :vaultboy:
