Quest Shenanigans

Big spoiler before level 20 starting... NOW.

Spoiler

I am on the quest 'Still in the Dark' which is what you do when you meet the Brotherhood of Shhhteel. I have found all the missing troopers and returned the holotapes, and I now have to find the 3 scouts in Camp Forlone, Nipton, and NCRCF. But the quest selection is greyed out on my PimpBoy and I cannot make it 'active' to show me where to find the 3 scouts. Im on PS3 so if it can't be solved with the console, before you tell me. Is it possible to still find these people and talk to them? On a related note, Wild Card: Change in Management is complete, but it ISN'T greyed out. What the heck?

And another question. If I choose Independence for New Vegas, will I still be fighting with the NCR at the Dam? Should I complete Wild Card: Side Bets or For The Republic: Part 2. Both these options seem 'good' to me. Can I do both? If both options earn me Arcade's trust, it doesn't matter.

Spoiler tags are not an excuse to post spoilers somewhere other than the Cheats and Spoilers forum.

When you do the Yes Man ending the NCR does indeed decide to start shooting you, you could wear NCR armor and be disguised so you wont have to deal with them as much.
But id recommend the NCR ending it is a lot more fun.

and if the quest is greyed out then you failed it, unless this is some kind of glitch?
i think you should just give up on it.

The brotherhood is useless anyways, they just get screwed over because you have to destroy them for every ending.
unless you decide not to with yes man. but still.. just forget it.

Well I kinda want the Power Armor training from them... unless I will soon get it from somewhere else?

And I have decided to go with NCR's ending, I am a soldier wannabe and I like the dudes.
