Agility walking speed difference ?

Post » Tue May 03, 2011 6:04 am

What would the actual percentage be..like say between 6 and 10 Agility ?

And please "No..it doesn't seem any faster" or " Yes it is !" , or " I can't tell the difference..."

Anybody have actual facts ?

You sure do hoof it a lot in this game.....

Not that I'm shooting for 10 Agility...I just know 5 Agility isn't getting it. I was passed by a three headed tortoise only moments ago.

Take your armor off and holster your gun.

Yes it does.
It affects:
AP
Gun Skill
Sneak
Movement Speed
Gun Drawing and Reloading Speed

For a comparison, start a character at 1 agility, then another at 10. There is a HUGE difference!

Very funny...

Of course I'm talking about running with a holstered weapon.

And agility does affect movement speed in New Vegas. I would like to know by how much each point... .5 % , .3 % ?

I'll do this.

If raising it to 8 gives me a 10 to 15% + movement speed over 5 Agility I might consider it. 20% percent would be awesome.

Even lightly loaded, holstered weapon, and light armor at 5 Agility seems kinda slow....

Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't. :shifty:

Edit:

Honestly, the perk travel light makes you move quicker, as for the agi, I only notice I move slower when I wear heavy armor.

Bunch of newbs spreading FUD. Agility doesn't affect running speed, stop lying to people. Go test it, cheat AGI 1, cheat AGI 10, time how long it takes to run between buildings. It's exactly the same.

Despite what the description says about agility the only thing that affects your running/walking speed is what kind of armor you wear.
