I pre-ordered my copy of the collector's edition of New Vegas from Gamestop here in Canada. It showed up today, and I just opened it, but I can't find anything about the Classic Pack DLC. On their site it says "Online Customers: A code to provided when you pre-order it online" (sic), but I never received any e-mail with a code ( checked junk mail and all correspondences from them). Should I have received a code by e-mail, or in the box?

I'm pretty miffed with them. They cancelled my month-old pre-order on Monday with no notice whatsoever. I'd been attempting to contact them for almost two weeks to update the Visa I ordered with (re-issued because of a fraudulent charge) because their site was broken and wouldn't let me do it. They never bothered to reply to three separate e-mails. I even sent them messages on Twitter. I only realized the order had been cancelled because I checked my account to get the order number so I could call on Monday. I then had to spend an hour on the phone to them in various calls to get them to give me the game at the original price I paid, since it had gone up in the mean time. Now no DLC code? Jeez...
