I didn't pick up the guide (might just have to) but are there collectables that grant bonuses to special skills? Or perks that you get in game that help raise SPECIAL? I'm just trying to maximize my character, and don't want to keep wasting Level Perks if i know I can find something to help raise it. Thanks!
