After clearing out the basemant of the REPCON facility, the door to the labs is locked so i cant finish the quest. HELP ME

You can try the console command to open the door, but it'll probably lock you out of the achievement. Open your console (activated by using the ~/` key), click on the door w/ your mouse pointer, then type:

unlock

That will unlock it, but again Steam will most likely block you from attaining the achievement. The only other way to fix it would be to load an earlier save since this is a random bug.

Do the console command, but don't open the door. Save immediately after, then reload that save. Achievements work again.
