Depends on what you mean "like this" is very vague. Are you asking if there's unmarked quests? Tons. Are you asking if there's specifically "find the numerous clues to get the code to a safe," I'd be surprised.

Yeah, i dont see obsidian being as clever as bethesda in that manner. I remember that quest well, was really fun to find a quest while doing another quest and completing it fairly quick. Just a mini bonus puzzle of sorts and only 1 go at it

theres some quests that lead you to a cave/vault/area to collect something that can lead you to find a unique weapon on a dead body or behind a hard locked gate/crate
