The game runs very smoothly for me no crashes during my game play unless i do something [censored] with the console (I.e quick saving when i have tcl and quick loading right after and resurrecting my self when i die >.>;;) i was going for the "Wild Card Ending" anyways right after i kill the NCR i get to talk to "Yes man" after that the little movie shows this is where it keeps crashing it happens right after it says "and so the courier who cheated in the Cemetery outside goodsprings death in cheated death once again" I kept trying but it keeps crashing up to that part, if you can help me fix this I'll be very grateful.....also its my ending....i really want to see it, i worked soo hard for it. and it crashing like that is like a kick in the balls.

This is happening to me too and, yes, it is so totally a kick in the balls.

EDIT: Though I'll note that I did the Mr. House ending, not Yes Man.

If you have the D3D9.dll fix, delete it immediately. I had the same problem a few minutes ago, and I deleted it, and as a result got through the ending just fine. I had the wild card ending. With the fix, it crashed at the aforementioned times. Hope this helps someone.
