Ok, I need to access to the "Cocktail Lounge" to get "something", but everytime Yes-Man asks me "Where to?" my only options are "Stay Here" or "Penthouse", how do I access to the "Cocktail"?

did u talk to house yet? u have to first go to the penthouse and talk to house, then he gives u free run of the lucky 38 and u can go anywere in the hotel.

I don't know if the same thing applies, but when I had to first work for Mr. House you only get the Penthouse level or the Casino floor, but after I spoke to Mr. House the options were expanded, maybe the same thing is true for Yes-Man?
