No More Experience Points : Fallout: New Vegas

This is something I cannot understand... And this is the second time that happend!! Suddenly I stop gaining XP points!!! Does anybody have this problem?!?! HELP!!!!

Yes I do... that mean that I cannot go futher? no more perks? nothing?

level 30 is the cap. No more perks, exp points, etc.
You can use the console to add/remove perks or specific stats if you dont want to start over again.

Am I the only one who finds it hilarious when someone reaches the level cap and totally freaks out when they stop gaining experience.

I cant believe it!! why they did it that way?! what is the point of it?! with so many perks avaliable?!

Well... I love this game... but I suppose that... NOBODY IS PERFECT!!
