Can't even enjoy my game now : Fallout: New Vegas

Last night I was playing New Vegas and decided to take a stop and finish what I was doing today. I saved the game and quit. I load the game this morning to find that I could not move at all, even if I opened up console and no clipped it or allow player controls. I even started a fresh game and I could not move. I loaded to an earlier time, same result. I verified my files. same result. Reinstalled. Same result.

This is driving me crazy that I cannot enjoy my game because of this. It is not my computer at all because I have 85 hours played into it and in those 85 hours it was running fine.

A solution to fix this would help alot :3

Edit: I have(had) no mods running.

I fixed the issue

so the thread can be locked. My keyboard driver was not working properly with New vegas for some reason
