As far as I can tell, I should be able to end this damn (though wonderful) game.

I've:
*Killed Mr. Hand (I think that was his name, the old scary looking barely alive guy in his test tube life support thing)
*Told Yes Man to ignore everyone (just wanted to wrap the game up)
*Installed some chip in a power plant
*Protected the president succesfully

But, I can't trigger an end game quest.
All the quests under "Wild Card" are greyed out and the complete boxes are filled in.

I'm just wandering around with nothing to do.

How can I end this thing? I want to see the end game movie and see what consequences I've had!

I cant kill Caesar. I keep getting wasted when I walk into his tent. Maybe I need to do this to trigger an end game quest? I'd like to kill that [censored] anyway! Any advice?

In that case have you returned to Yes Man yet? Talking to him and telling him that you protected the President my reactivate the quest.

What did you do with Caesar and the NCR?

Go back to Yes Man.

Thanks guys. realized I never talked to Yes Man after protecting the president.

He asked me to destory Hoover Dam, so Im there now fighting the NCR and Legion with a chip Im supposed to install
