I have already completed There Stands the Grass, and even though I chose not to destroy the data, I cannot access the terminal to get the experimental farming data during I Could Make You Care. Is there any way to use the console to fix this?

You could try using the console to reset "There Stands the Grass", and then seeing if it makes that terminal active again - and if it works, I guess you could use the console again to re-complete There Stands the Grass. If I were you though, I'd just give up on the farming data and go for one of the other two options that Veronica had in mind (you should be able to just talk to her and tell her that you'd rather do a different one).

Just go back to the BoS, I had the same issue, but running and trying the terminal (it was dead just like for you) and then going back made it worked fine.
