Can i side with NCR , Caesars Legion and Mr.House all at the same time? I want to be on very good terms with all those major factions for the time being until i have to choose a side , is that possible?

Yeah, the faction system doesn't make much sense and you can pretty easily do quests for all 3 and you won't have to choose until the final quest.

Off the top of my head...

When you accept House's quest to deal with the Omertas, CL will turn against you because the Omertas are secretly working with them. The NCR never turn against you since you fight alongside them for All or Nothing.

When you become Caesar's physician after dealing with the BoS, the NCR will turn against you. (House will be dead by then.)

Not quite sure how far into the NCR storyline that the Legion turns against you, but I can tell you the NCR never need you to meet with Caesar and ask you to kill off House for their fourth task,

I like to make a faction think Im working with them but then betray them to accomplish another factions quest.Mwahahaa x3
