Very nice work. Grats for having the enthusiasm and talent to make that hunk of plastic look better.

Still a pig wearing lipstick though.

Robbie,

you so totally need to go down to the Studio and see if the Developers will sign it, then auction that off on ebay :-)

cuz you know some rich brat would probably pay $2,000 or more for it.

Give me directions and I'll see what I can do! This would actually be a good time for a road trip.
If I actually got signatures, I wouldn't be able to sell it. This thing would be my baby

Very nice work, very nice. Good Job

Now, I just have to say that most case mods that do not effect air flow are probably OK for the Consoles. However some case mods could affect your warranty, but that call is up to the manufacturer of the console to decide. So, for those of you who take inspiration from this, just proceed with caution about modding your Console's Case.

However I would be willing to give up a warranty for a console that looks this cool!!

Good point, CCNA. Any mod that restricts air flow is not good. With the xbox, it's just dual fans in the rear of the case, which pull heat from the cpu and gpu. This mod doesn't restrict air flow at all. As far as warranty goes, once an xbox has been opened, the warranty is voided. But I actually bought this one used from craigslist. So no warranty anyway.

Thanks for the comments and kind words. I can tell you're a fun group here!

Thats a fantastic lookin' mod.

Can you tell us a bit more, like how many hours it took, and how you did it?

Thanks guys. To know how I made it, it's easier to just take a look at the w.i.p. thread. I'm not sure how many hours it took. I worked on it here-and-there for a few weeks, just in my spare time. Honestly, I couldn't even guess how long it took. It wasn't too bad though.
Here's that thread that shows everything - http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=721584
