How do i access the console? : Fallout: New Vegas

360 controller is not plugged in. Tild dont work. Prolly something small i am forgetting, i want to turn emothions off and finially play. thanx in advance

You may need to hit the tab key a few times after hitting tilde until you see the cursor. It does that at some resolutions for some reason. The extra tabs will have no effect on the command you enter.

still cant get the console to open. lol i meant toggleemotions command before the direct9.dll file worked
