I gave Boone some of my items to hold while doing the come fly with me quest line. When the rockets took off, I fast traveled to town (forgot which one) and when I did he wasnt there. I have no idea where Boone went and I am not on hardcoe mode either. Does anyone have any idea on how to correct this?

I have searched for threads on teh forum to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I forgot to add that I have read that thread. I am using a PS3 to play.

I use a PS3 also. I haven't picked up any companions yet though. I'm sad to see that in the multiple threads that I've seen about this that it's hitting PS3 too. (Not surprised). It seems like only PC has a reliable fix. You can always try going back to their respawn point and see if they went there.

I have Boone and ED-E as followers, playing on the PS3. So far no bad luck other than losing a Reinforced Leather armor when I added it to Boone's inventory. I'll keep an eye out though...

Ok, I just had this happen today with Veronica, Completed her quest thing and she froze up. I thought it was the power armor I had just put on her but when I took it off she still wouldn't follow me. IDK what happened to her but I think this may be what happened to you. Just go back to the last place you knew where he was and look for him... he should be stupidly standing right where you quicktraveled from...

Also I have 360 version, I just took everything off of her and said "go away". I'll go back later today and see if that fixes her. I also had ED-E following me around but he was fine.

I will try that when I get off of work to see if that fixes it. Wierd thing was, I had given him things to wear and weapons to use and he used them fine for awhile. Then, as soon soon as I quick traveled after I completed the quest, he was gone. I will go back to the control pad and see if he is there. I will post and let ya know how it goes later tonight (I am PST btw)

Or, you people could all load previous saves where the companion wasn't acting [censored], and try again.
