Sometimes all stones and rocks on sight start bink when i use scope or iron sights. It happens when Boone or Rex are in companions, also with mods like recon gear which gives same effect. It depends on sight direction, usually happens on north and north-west. Makes nearly impossible to shoot when screen binks like neon sign.
