i cant find any ammo for that gun other than hollow point , and i would make that ammo if i has cases so where can i find the ammo or its cases, thx

That round have been made very rare, and I don't think you get to see a normal rounds on vendors until late 20's.

Gun Runner's and Alexander seems to be the ones that sells more than 10 regular rounds.....

The only vendor i saw that sold the normal .45-70 gov't round was the dude in Novac who had about 7-13 rounds every refresh for my 75 hour level 30 char but all other vendors only had hollow points for that calibur.

Gun runners has it, but I think it may be at the higher levels. I have found them with the corpses in some caves (such as a Great Khans cave near Bitter Springs), but that's about it.

I'm level 30 and GunRunners still don't sell 45-70 GVT rounds, so just buy the Hollow Point ammo and use them to get cases.
