I crash right after or during Jane said "Penth House", Which is right after exiting the lift.

I have tried verifying game cache, its keep detecting one corrupt file, sized 808 Kb

Side note: I had multiple-companion mod applied, I notice that at the entrance, Victor said that he is not allowing companion to come along,
but I noticed that they still following me to the Casino floor, could that be somehow related?

Bah, forum ate my last more detailed post.

Anyways, I had a similar issue with a multi-companion mod with CTDs at that exact spot. I ended up leaving all my followers on the Strip itself when going to deal with Mr. House and my crashes subsided to the usual occasional crash on transition that's been around with all the games on this engine since Morrowind.
