OK without realizing the exact repercussions of my actions I caused the monorail at McCarren to be destroyed. Does it ever get rebuilt or am I SOL here?

Well, i never got the chance to do anything with it becuase rex killed that Luitenant interorgating the CL guys. Becuase shes dead i couldn't do two quests...
