My AP is currently being shown as all the way up on my AP bar when not in vats, but as soon as I enter vats and lock on to someone my bar blinks yellow to a point where I only have enough AP for one shot. Is this a bug or is there something I have to do to allow my AP to use all of it that is says I have? I don't remember this ever happening in fallout 3... Help would be appreciated in identifying if this is a bug. Thanks.

This happens when I use the Hunting Rifle.

I can only do 1 shot in V A T S with the Hunting Rifle.

I'm guessing it depends on the weapon your using and each weapon uses a certain amount of Action Points.

Thats all I can think of.

What gun are you using? There are some guns that only get one shot depending on your total AP
