Is this a glitch or what? Whenever I speak to some males in the game they refer to me "baby" in their conversations. Also, in combat whenever my guy get's hit, he makes a somewhat feminine grunt. It's not too often that I hear my character grunt and I'm not too sure if that's what the male character is supposed to sound like. My point here is that I find it really weird being called "baby" every third sentence by a guy at New Vegas. I'm also worried that I'm going to get treated as a woman. Are there a brothels somewhere in New Vegas with male prosttutes? I'm not gay or anything but really, this is making me pretty nervous. :unsure:

Baby, is supposed to be a term that can apply to a boy and a girl, and they tried to make the grunts sound androgynous.

Everybody calls everybody Baby in Vegas.

On a serious note, your character might be a woman in a man's body, or in Fallout: New vegas terms - A Female character in a Male character's skin :rofl:

I am a confirmed bachelor. It's funny when you're like, "You never told me your name" and then guys blush because I'm totally gay for them.

I didn't even think about the homosixuality implications when I picked it; I just got it because I hadn't seen to many women in the game and I wanted to be able to hurt my enemies more.

So now Vegas has a dandy version of Vash the Stampede running around.

As for the "baby" in dialogue; You don't need to be a woman to be called "baby." Myron, for example, called everyone "baby" when he got too excited. Speaking of Myron, is his voice actor in the game or do a couple of dudes just kinda sound like him? It can't be the same guy! All the people with that voice have the worst voice acting in the game, so far D:

I was planning on taking both but then, as I said, I totally forgot that "confirmed bachelor" was a euphemism for being gay.
