In Fallout wiki text about http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Harper%27s_Shack refers to "ingredient plans":

What is it and how can I find it? I was there but could not find any "plans".

I also saw one post here were player claimed to search campfires for recipes but so far I did not find any recipe near campfires.
Am I missing something?

Playing on PC if that makes any difference.

Also confronting list of campfire recipes on wiki it looks like I have them most ...one of those I don't have is Deathclaw omelette which I know can be obtained via quest.

I think it's a typo, they mean "ingredient plants"

I found one in the Fiend territory where Cook-Cook is. I think the campfire is in a ruined building and the recipe on a shelf nearby.
Don't know about Harper's Shack though, sorry.
