... what platform? The save problem (on the PC at least) has just been fixed, and if you had read the sticky at the top of the forum you'd see that they are aware of and working on the console save problems.

Anyways, the save bug has just been fixed. And I haven't had any graphics problems whatsoever, so that sounds like either some files are missing from your install, or the game isn't just too particularly fond of your hardware.
Please don't blame the devs, because a majority of the bugs on PC aren't their fault. They are in fact the fault of the engine they used.
