2 Encountered Glitches

The following issues are two minor, but annoying problems I have encountered on my first play through of New Vegas.

The first being an issue with looting the corpses of fallen enemies. About one in seven instances of looting, no
matter where I position myself over the body I am unable to proceed with looting. Sometimes the issue can be
resolved by crouching or by holstering my weapon and then access is granted to the character's possessions.
While that fixes the problem more often then not it does not always work forcing me to leave behind precious items.

The second issue deals with that of character spawning. On numerous accounts creatures or gunmen will appear
stuck halfway in rocks or the ground. Many of them look as if beach goers left behind after someone buried them in
sand. It's kind of funny to shoot a disembodied head as it yells in the sand, but I bought this game for other reasons.

I understand the tricky nature of glitches, that simply because I am experiencing these issues does not mean that
anyone else is. I simply consider myself an avid supporter of this new generation of Fallout games and would like
to voice some concerns I have with this new title. All in all keep up the good work.
