I googled it and only found workarounds for a bug that the language after changed didnt change... but i cant find even this option... i hope somebody can help me, thanks

If you downloaded it in German, the ESM and BSA files are in German, you can't change them. Perhaps you could contact Steam about the issue?

No, I installed it from the disk in german... I think I'll try to uninstall it and then download it from steam, maybe it will work?

-------------

Update: Nope... I uninstalled it and then it downloaded the german version again... I made a post on steam support... Let's see what they say... It is sad that an RPG game has a language block like this, and then game publishers don't know why people pirate their games...

Problem is, the GER version is heavily cut. No gore and explicit language. That's why it's locked to german only. There's an Austrian PEGY version where the lock is removed.

I stumbled over a discussion about NV no-gore versions, and some of the people somehow got english subtitles.
I doubt they got different voice-over, but I guess it would be of some help to you.

So if you still need to change the language, pm me and I will try to find the info again.

Although, it might be a good way to learn some german... ;)
