I'm not sure what other perks to take, or where to slot them in. I'd like to work in Comprehension somewhere, though I don't think it will be extraordinarily necessary. Mister Sandman would be good, but I don't know which perks are ok to delay and which should really be taken ASAP. Is Ghastly Scavenger worth a slot? What about Unstoppable Force- do enemies block often? I leveled my first character to 100 in Unarmed endgame and never saw anyone block, but I rarely used the skill. This will be on regular, not hardcoe, so I'm not concerned about weight limit perks. I didn't have much issue with a 5 STR on hardcoe, so without needing to carry food/water/ammo and having a much higher weight capacity, I should be fine.
Also, is Friend of the Night any good? I was going to take Confirmed Bachelor for the bonus damage (since a terrible person won't keep Arcade around for long), but if FotN actually makes a noticeable difference in visibility, I might take that.
Traits would be Wild Wasteland and Good Natured. Good Natured is basically because the five bonus skills are all useful, whereas I won't use three of the weapon skills that take a hit. And I took WW on my first character, but I just don't see anything else useful unless Heavy Handed is actually good for melee characters. I remember the old Fallout games, though, and the lack of crit seriously overwhelmed any bonus damage.
Is this pretty good or have I bungled it somewhere?
