Right can someone just clarify if this is right, i started doing the yes man quest and my friend said i have cocked up because i want to help the NCR and now there is no way to finish the game helping them? If true i will just have to reload to before i went in the strip or something

Have you failed "Don't Tread on the Bear" yet? No, then you're fine. But you might want to start working for Ambassador Crocker, anyway.
