ok let me try to rephrase what i said.
im having trouble with my game which i recently bought. i go and install the game and the instillation works great.
i start up the game and the game auto detects my systems hardware and makes the appropriate settings change to high quality.
i start up my game and everything is working fine.
i make some adjustments to the pipboys color to green and put all subtitles on.
i start a new game and everything looks great in the intro.
my character starts to re awake in doc. michels home.
but during the awaking scene the game camera isn't looking up at the ceiling fan its looking at the wall where i partially see doc michel's head in the lower left hand corner of my screen.
fallowing up on that i hit my Escape key and the game corrects itsself having the camera looking at the celing fan and the game starts playing from there
but then i hear no voice sounds coming from doc. michel but i can see his lips moving to the intended game script.
now my game is stuck until the audio matches up with the game to continue the dialog's sequence. or i hit the Escape key again and the game auto corrects its self again (which i do just that).
now the game progresses and stops in another audio script which doesn't play but i see the game mechanics still going along like usual.
i exit out of my game uninstall it then reinstall it and i still get the same thing over and over again.
i go to verify the integrity of the game cache and it scans the game and i have a file that isn't verified.
so steam auto downloads it into the game. and yet i still get the sam problems from before.
so i make the changes to my comp's frame rate from 60 herts to 75 herts. doesn't do a damn thing!
so i change the graphics settings to the lowest setting of all and yet it still does nothing.
so im asking for help because im at my wits end and i don't know how to fix it.
i also like to mention that i have not downloaded or installed any mods yet.
these are the system mechanics that im using. i think i am running within minimum to above requirements. please help me!!!!
