I'm trying to get to the legion fort to retrieve Lupa's brain for Rex. My problem is that I'm deliberately stalling the main quest and working on side quests for now. I know I have to go to the strip and talk to Benny, but how much of the main storyline will I have to complete to get to the fort? I really don't want to befriend the legion or make them enemies yet, so is there anyway to get there?
