I've heard that

1) Your character can pay $50 for medical services instead of the usual $100

and

2) Your character can get $1000 discount on all implants.

How do I get these discounts? Do I need a certain Medical Skill level?

I hear there's a quest from the implant doctor but I was never offered a quest. How do I get it?

High positive reputation would give you discount. What's funny is your reputation can disappear if their leader dies....

If you care about discounts, go play blackjack until you don't care any more. I'm so used to getting all implants at lvl1-2 I can't even imagine levelling without them - and that goes even for my characters with low luck (heavy handed types).
