Went into Vault 3...found the Ranger. He left and made it safely back.
Found Motor Runner....didn't kill him right off ( Thought I needed a contract from that NCR major first...and I had just killed Cook Cook and had his head...and I thought when I did the first 3 Fiend contracts...then I would get Motor Runners contract )

So I left...they are Neutral because they think I'm a drug dealer.

Went back to NCR base turned in contract..got next one..saw the Ranger I rescued and he said I killed Motor Runner...went and saw the Colonel Hui and he also said I killed him and thanked me.

Now I plan on going back and killing him....but I though killing him was a quest....like a main quest ? Yet there is nothing under quests about Motor Runner.

Killing Moto is an umarked quest.

It was just like Ultra Luxe where you can tell Mortimer is a Cannibal but you haven't have the "secret" meeting yet.....
