I have spent quite a while now trying to cross lake mead. How exactly do you do it? I need to go there for the Hound Dog quest because Rex needs the extra health from the legion brain.

You must use the barge at Cottonwood Cove to get to The Fort. There are no other locations on the other side of Lake Mead, so I assume you're trying to go to The Fort?

Actually there's at least on location on the eastern side of the Colorado river you can swim too.

Thanks guys. I found the cove and i believe i found the place you can swim to. It's crawling with those lakelurk bastards though heheh.

Hmm guess I missed it. I mean of course there are locations, but I didn't find any "on the map" locations.

I cleared the place of lakelurks and there was no way to climb up. Where exactly am I supposed to go from Cottonwood Cove?

You have to go further down river towards the dam. You will find a slope going up, but be prepared for some fight tho!!!!!!!!

Another Lurk nest is slightly further down from that area.

That dog your looking for is in the ceaser's legion camp. Unless there's another way into the camp which I don't know about, you have to progress enough in the game, (post dealing w/ benny) to use the barge.

And when I say use the barge, I mean talk to the legionary on the docks who will magically transport you to the main legion camp.

P.S. Your gonna have to use your melee skill to complete this mission, at least I did, don't know if there's an alternative way to complete.

I believe I found the slope you were talking about. heheh I was not prepared for that fight you were talking about.
