I've looked everywhere and not found the power amor training

*Warning this probobly has spoilers*






To get power armor training you must finish the Still in the Dark quest line with the BOS
After you compleate it you must wait a few days (3-4) then talk to the elder
Tell him you wish to join the BOS
He will then give you a new quest to invade Black Montain and plant a transmiter
Return to the elder and he will teach you power armor training
He will also give you the tb-41 power armor that will not be considered BOS clothing and can be whorn everywhere but is a older model

Also if you made Paladin Hardin the Elder then after you return from you're 3-4 day hiatus, he will give you a different quest which requires you to kill the Van Graffs in Freeside. McNamara's quest is called "Eyesight To The Blind" & Hardin's quest is called "Tend To You're Business". They both reward the same thing once the quest is completed.

Note that killing the Van Graffs means you can't complete "Birds Of A Feather" unless you have finished it prior to the selected BoS quest.

I heard you can also get the training at the culmination of Auld Lang Syne (Arcade Gannin's personal quest).
