In the quest "Return to Sender" if you convince Chief Hanlon to stop falsifying the reports by telling him that Caesar is dead if you killed him by then, you still get the faction appropriate ending where you agreed to keep his secret safe which is supposedly the result of a scripting error. Could someone please tell me if there's a fix for this, or tell me how I could fix the scripting error myself?
