okay the problem is alot of graphics seem to be blurry, especially pip, tried different mode from low to ultra, anti alaising, hdr, on and off, different textures.

You can have a look in your driver settings.

It is possible to turn down the texture quality in the NVIDIAs and ATIs driver settings managers for all 3d applications. That might cause such ugly textures. Sometimes these settings are set to "low" by default (I don't know why, but it happend to several times)

seems to be okay now, In Catalyst control turned standard setting to high quality and catalyst ai to standard, added a texture pack mod and evrything seem to be running smooth again on ultra settings.
