Anyone seen a lock picking glitch that brings up a computer screen like when you're hacking? I can't pick anything now because the screen covers the lock, gotten lucky on a few but no longer.

That happened to me. But it has only happened to me when I came back to a place I had already been (and couldn't pick the lock because I didn't have a high enough lock picking skill)

I ended up leaving the building I was at, manually saved the game, and then restarted my PS3 and I didn't have the problem again.

No, but one time I had a glitch where when hacking a computer the screen never came up. (Everything else still went blurry and I could still hear myself moving the cursor around.) I quit out of the game and restarted it and it was fixed (PS3).
