So, is there a character-planner anywhere?

Pretty self-explanatory.. Has anyone made a working online F:NV character planning sheet/utility that shows the stats, levels, perks, and allows you to, well, plan out your character?

Don't think one exists yet, I'm using notepad/pen and paper. That's also why I broke down and bought the strategy guide.

At the moment I doubt there is one unless someone just rushed through the game as quickly as possible. Right now i'm hovering at 16 hrs play time and i'm probably into the game completing 10 to maybe 15% of the content on hand right now possible 20% at most. However i'll offer up some advice as far as things I have seen right now.

*WARNING SPOILER INFORMATION*

If you don't want to see what is beyond this point then don't read it/click it.

Spoiler
Having gone through things completing atleast 8 to 10 missions/quests i've found that speech is a very important factor even with magazines. For the SPECIAL I went with 5 strength, 5 perception, 5 endurance, 5 charisma, 9 intelligence, 5 Agility and 5 Luck possibly 4 luck have to look at my numbers again. I put points into the repair, science, and medicine I believe, but this should change with FONV. It is a VERY social game where many NPCs will have a speech option to pass which can be tricky. Right off the bat in Goodsprings if you want to defend it you will be presented with several speech trials and barter/explosives options. As far as picking your special perk none of them seemed that good to me and went with the Weird Wastelander perk and the explosives perk.

Personally I wouldn't take explosive stuff as it decreases the range, but still helps out with damage and such. I will also comment that explosives are very VERY prevalent in the beginning of the game. Players who like to play with explosives may want to take up explosives and get the ranked perk that lets you deal 20% damage extra with them. I will also say that you will want to put stuff into repair so you can recover gun cases better since this is a useful trait since finding ammunition in the beginning is difficult.
