Anyone know anyone who sells GOOD guns?

im on the last mission and on the last part that guy with the mask easily take me and theres just no way i can do it with the guns i have. where can i get some good guns? help?

i kinda concentrate on lockpick, speech and i forgot the other on but i think its about 35 or 40

the t-rex/dino gift shop seemed to have a decent inventory from what i remember

picked up "THAT gun" there last night
