As the topic suggests, has anyone successfully accomplished this? I'm trying to run nvse so my mods will work, but I also HAVE to skip the launcher so my ini tweaks will stick. This is driving me insane. I need the ini changes to be made so I can play in eyefinity, but I also need my mods to work. Please I'm at wits end here. Someone, anyone...shame on you obsidian.
