You can't get it. The door can be unlocked using the console on a PC.

I saw a post stating the patch locks you out. You could try saving outside and then reload after deleting cache and not take the update.

Except a skill book,[and you obviously don't have the patch installed] or you went into the safehouse.

There is no opening this door for we 360 players. There is no key. No quest will unlock it. In this particular instance, we can believe the Wiki entry.

Unless it gets fixed in an upcoming patch or unlocked in DLC. Which would be very nice.

It is probably locked for a reason, since an accident seems unlikely. It is probably part of a quest line for something that might be released in the form of DLC.

And if that's the case, I'll be even happier when it's unlocked. But a patch will suffice. And I'll never even ask about why it was locked in the first place because I'll just be happy that it's finally unlocked.

The patch broke this lock so it can't be open.

Clear your catch and then pick the lock and get the skill book, then get the patch and keep playing or wait for the next patch and hope they fix it.
