Bug: Caravan Deck Scroll Glitch

Post » Wed Mar 30, 2011 3:44 am

Since Jason Bergman (Senior Producer, Fallout: New Vegas) posted this sticky above (http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1125221-please-read-from-the-teams-at-obsidian-and-bethesda/) I figured I'd help him out and label my bug finds with the word "Bug" at the beginning and get video or save files when possible. It would be nice if we could get some feedback from them as small as "Known" or "Noted" or whatever but I understand if that's not possible. Worth a try anyway :D

Jason, if there is any other information you would find helpful please let me know and I'll be happy to do what I can. I love this game and want to help make it shine! :fallout:

Here is my first one complete with video:
When I try to modify my Caravan deck the cards jump around all crazily as I scroll through them with the left and right arrow keys. It even happens if I click the scroll bar arrows on the screen. Video is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GqXXYcnXWAo

Can a mod move this one to the issues forum too please? I'll post them in there from now on. Thanks! :)

The scrolling glitch actually happens to me too when I play the Caravan game, but on the Xbox 360.

There was also another glitch similar to this one that happens to me. Instead of auto-scrolling, it's "auto-walking". Like, I'll be walking in one direction and then stop, but my characters stops for less than a fraction of a second and then auto-walks and SOMETIMES slides super slow in that direction until I either move the anolog/directional stick again or jump.
